General Shipping Policy

Our shipping charges are based on standard UPS or FedEx rates (where applicable), which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped. To preview the shipping charges, enter the items you want to order into your shopping cart. When you're done, click on "save changes, go to check out." Enter your zip code, then click on "save changes, show new total." This will display all available shipping costs.

Warrenparts.com offers UPS Ground, FedEx Freight and UPS Next Day Air shipping to all of our customers who place orders to be shipped United States. To help keep shipping costs as low as possible, we use UPS Ground/Next Day Air shipping for orders under 150 lbs. For oversized and items above 150 lbs, FedEx Freight is used. This reduced shipping rate is calculated automatically when an order reaches the appropriate weight.

Return Policy

Any item shipped in error (meaning other than the part number requested and/or item pictured) can be returned freight prepaid to the Warren location from which it was originally shipped for a full refund or correct part. In order to receive this refund, the shipping location must be contacted PRIOR to returning the item to provide you with return instructions and proper tracking numbers.

Any item shipped correctly (meaning item received matches the item requested) can, at the discretion of the Warren shipping location, be returned for a refund less 25% of the value for restocking fees. All items must be returned freight prepaid to be accepted! Prior to returning the item, you must first contact the Warren shipping location to receive shipping instructions and tracking numbers. Upon return, the item will be inspected for damage, wear, or use before a refund will be issued. If item is not returned in exactly the same order it was received, a refund will not be issued. Note: Any item returned without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund!
